Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. However, we recommend creating an account if you’d like to check your order history, save your shopping basket, and receive promotions

Where is my confirmation email?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Check your spam or junk folder first if it's not in your main inbox. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at support@meikaiapparel.com

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

Why was my order returned to you?

Your order will be returned to us if there is an issue with shipping such as the carrier being unable to reach you. If your order is returned, please contact us at support@meikaiapparel.com to correct the error as soon as possible.

Can I change my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Order fulfillment can take 3-5 business days. After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to the email provided. 
Shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take longer.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Due to world events and shipping restrictions, however, we do not ship to the following regions:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. However, we don’t offer exchanges. If you're concerned about a sizing issue, please refer to the sizing chart referenced on the product page.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team at support@meikapapparel.com. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. To mail it to us, please ship to the following address:

MAYBE ADD?
However, when you contact us for a refund of a fully functioning product and attach proof of donation to a shelter or non-profit service, we will refund your purchase 100%. Please do not donate clothing that is damaged or defective beyond cosmetic or sizing issues.

What do I do if I lose my return note?

We send return notes by email, so if you can locate the email we sent you, simply print off a new one. If you can’t find this email, please get in touch and ask for it to be resent to you.

Product Care

Clothing Care

Follow the care instructions on this page to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

For drying, we recommend tumble on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Embroidered Accessory Care

These products can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, hats and shoes can be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes. All three products can’t be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.

Cup and Mug Care

White Glossy Mugs and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.

Enamel Mugs, Black Glossy Mugs, and Tumblers, however, should only be hand-washed. Also, you can’t heat liquids or food directly in them—it can damage their coating.
